What to expect when you arrive?
Our food is displayed and ready for you to sample and purchase when you walk in. You will be greeted by friendly faces, there to assist you and answer any questions that you have.
Do we always have the same products in-store?

We are constantly changing and shifting our products, meaning that we will have different meals out at different dates. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, let us know and we’ll be happy to tell you when to stop back in.

How do I know if I’ll like a product?

You’re more than welcome to sample the majority of our food here and we’ll ensure that you find what you like best.

When is the bread made? Is it fresh?

Our breads are baked on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and also stay fresh for days after they’re baked. This ensures that you can always expect fresh, healthy, and tasty bread from us!

What do you offer at your café?

When you visit you can purchase hot coffee, or cold beverages such as iced tea and lemonade. We also have granola bars and other healthy snacks, fresh bread, and a variety of meals for any of your breakfast, lunch, or dinner needs!

Do you offer Gluten Free food?

We currently offer a multitude of gluten free meals and treats. We do not offer gluten-free bread at the moment, but you can keep an eye out for it in the future.

What types of food do we offer?
We feature a variety of nutritionist-designed, chef-crafted meals every week. Many of our recipes are based off the comfort foods you know and love. We swap processed ingredients for fresh, whole, clean ingredients to create healthy, mouth-watering creations. You will see weekly menus that highlight everything from American classics like our Grass-fed Jalapeño Burger, to Italian favorites like our Turkey Meatballs, and everything in between! What you won’t ever see in our meals are meats injected with hormones or antibiotics, GMOs, Gluten, or Soy. We encourage you to fill out your taste preferences during your signup to help us determine what meals you will love best.

What’s so special about our ingredients?

We only use the best! Whether you’re looking for high-quality proteins, low-glycemic carbohydrates, or heart-healthy fats. We strive to collect our produce from local farmers, focusing on organic, NON-GMO, anti-biotic & hormone free ingredients. 

Are meals fresh or frozen?

Always fresh. You can freeze our meals if you do not expect to eat them within 5 days, but fresh just tastes better. Uncooked greens like salads should not be frozen, and should be eaten earlier for peak deliciousness. We do encourage contacting us if you have any questions.

What are the portion sizes?
Our meals feed an active adult, and our portion size is generous. Our philosophy is that our customers should “never leave the table hungry.” Depending on age and appetite, some people, especially women, find that they can split our meals into two servings. The quality of our ingredients will ramp up your metabolism and ultimately your hunger. Don't be surprised if you experience the side effects of longer lasting energy. We recommend using this energy to conquer the day...CHEERS!

How can you view nutritional information?

For now, please contact us and we will gladly assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Coming Soon... you will be able to view the full nutritional information for each meal on our menu. Click on the thumbnail of any meal you're interested in, and the details for that meal will pop up on the screen. If you're on a cell phone you will click "View meal details".

If you want to see the nutritional information for a meal that is no longer on the menu, click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the website and go to “My Account”. From there, click on “Order History” and click on the “View Order” link for the order you are looking for. All the meals that were delivered in that order will be links on that screen and you can click on the name of the meal you are looking for and see the nutritional information for that meal.

If you do not see the nutritional information by a menu item, this may mean its new and we have not updated our menu. Please contact us direct and we will gladly assist you.

If you have dietary restrictions/allergies. Do we have meals that work for you?

Typically, yes! It depends on your allergies / restrictions. When you first sign up for our service we ask you to fill out a taste profile with details on the types of ingredients you don’t (or can’t) eat. Those are mainly the larger allergens like dairy, eggs, fish, nuts and legumes. We then use that taste profile to filter out meals that contain those ingredients from your weekly order.

We also have a full list of ingredients for each menu item on the website. You have the ability to log in at any point before the weekly cut-off and do a quick check of the ingredients in the meals in your cart. If anything contains an allergen, you can remove that item from your cart and replace it with a dish of your choice. If your stuck on an item and REALLY want it, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your specific allergy needs. 

When do we deliver?

We deliver FRESH every Tuesday and Friday. Please see our delivery and pick-up page for more details! 

Where do we deliver?

Please look at our delivery map. We are happy to deliver to any place of business or home within our delivery area. If you are outside our area, you can pick-up ordered meals at one of our 'Sproutlettes' near you.

How do we deliver?

Our meals are delivered in insulated coolers with large ice bricks, and if you are not home, we are happy to share our coolers. We can leave your meals at your doorstep, cold and ready. Simply place in your fridge when you get home.

Please return cooler and ice packs upon our next delivery…simply leave outside and we will gladly pick up.

How are our meals packaged?

We use nothing but the best! 100% air tight, freezer safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Our meals are ready to go when you receive them, just heat it and eat it!

You may keep and reuse these amazing containers OR be kind and return. We will gladly wash, rinse, sanitize and donate each month to pet, vet and kid shelters in need. Simply collect your used containers and place in a plastic bag. We will pick them up when you are ready to donate. The community and Sprout thanks you for your generosity!

How many meals should you order?

We offer a variety of Breakfast, Main Courses and Snacks for every delivery. We strongly encourage planning ahead and thinking thru your day(s). Decide how many meals/snacks you anticipate eating for 3-5 days at a time. We do have a minimum order of 5 meals/delivery. 

Do we charge for delivery?

Nope! We simply require that you order a minimum of 5 meals per delivery.

What is the nutritional value of our meals??

Our meals vary depending on what you order, but you can be certain that each meal has been carefully designed by our nutritionists to provide you with nutrient dense, protein-packed and delicious goodness! You can view the details for each item on our website. Please remember that our values change slightly depending on the ingredients that are in season.
