Founded in Easton, Maryland, in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Ryan and Emily Groll, we've grown to five cafés across Maryland. But our philosophy hasn't changed.

That's what we're all about.
We make everything from scratch in our Easton kitchen, sourcing local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our cafés are stocked with artisanal breads and spreads, chef-crafted meals, soups, salads, wraps, and fresh-baked goods, alongside craft coffee, espresso, and small-batch drinks.
Our menu changes with the seasons, making the most of what's fresh and available. We're always experimenting with new recipes, bringing back old favorites, and finding ways to make eating well easier (and a lot more delicious).
